The flat comfortably accommodates two guests and features one bedroom with a double sized bed, along with one bathroom fitted with a shower. Being located on the lower ground floor, the property offers convenient access and a homely layout that feels both practical and welcoming. Inside, the open-plan living space is filled with natural light and centred around a comfortable neutral-toned sofa, creating a relaxing area to unwind. White walls, natural wood flooring and built-in shelving enhance the sense of space, while the dedicated dining area is ideal for shared meals or working from home. The sleek kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including an integrated oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave and washing machine. Minimalist decor is softened with natural textures, plants and warm wood accents throughout, and guests can also enjoy access to a private patio, perfect for morning coffee or quiet evenings outdoors.

Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge. Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
