Welcome to this stylish and contemporary one bedroom apartment in the heart of Bow, offering a calm and comfortable base for exploring East London. Designed with relaxation in mind, this bright and modern retreat is ideal for couples, small families or business travellers seeking a well connected yet characterful neighbourhood stay. The flat accommodates up to three guests and features one spacious bedroom with a double bed, along with a double sofa bed in the living area. There is one bathroom with a shower over the bath. Situated on the first floor, the apartment also benefits from a private balcony and a dedicated dining bar area. Inside, the home opens into a light filled open plan living space where clean lines and warm wood accents create a welcoming, contemporary feel. The lounge is arranged for comfort, with large glass doors that allow natural light to pour in and lead directly onto the balcony, a perfect spot for a morning coffee or a relaxed evening drink. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, and sleek cabinetry that blends style with practicality. A breakfast and dining bar provides a sociable space for casual meals or catching up after a day out. The bedroom has been thoughtfully styled in soothing neutral tones with warm flooring and soft bedside lighting, creating a peaceful setting for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is finished with stone effect tiling, a full bath with overhead shower and a heated towel rail, giving it a fresh, spa like atmosphere.

Please note that City Relay accepts no liability for lost keys or personal belongings left at the property. The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge. Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
