The property is close to various attractions, such as Gulbenkian Museum, good restaurants and shops. The Roma metro station is just 8 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 42 m2 duplex offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this dynamic city. It is located on the 3rd floor and has lift access. Please note the building has two elevators. Elevator 1 is currently out of service and cannot be repaired, as it will be replaced. At the moment, only Elevator 2 is operational, which is located just after the first flight of stairs. The living space features a lovely sitting area, a couch where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city, and a dining table. There is also access to a lovely balcony to take advantage of the sunlight. The kitchen provides essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, including a cooking plate, oven, microwave and coffee machine. A dishwasher and a washing machine are also available. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The bedroom is up some stairs and modernly decorated. It includes a double bed and multiple storage spaces. The bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens for your comfort. Professional cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
