The space is thoughtfully designed with a modern and stylish décor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living area boasts a cosy sitting space featuring two couches, a single sofa bed, and a large chaise longue, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. You can relax in comfort while enjoying your favourite shows on TV. The kitchen offers a welcoming space for guests to gather and enjoy meals together. Fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, it's perfect for preparing delicious home-cooked dishes. Plus, with the convenience of a dishwasher and washing machine, everything is designed to make your stay as seamless as possible. The first bedroom is a serene retreat, beautifully decorated with modern touches. It features a king-size bed, a stylish workspace desk, and plenty of storage to keep things organized. The ensuite bathroom has everything you need to refresh and unwind. The second bedroom provides a restful escape. It has a comfortable queen bed and a spacious wardrobe to store belongings. The second bathroom is well-appointed with clean towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
