The surrounding streets invite leisurely strolls where you can discover the famous Feira da Ladra, the imposing National Pantheon, traditional bakeries, typical tascas, and the distant sound of Fado echoing from neighbouring Alfama. Although you are in a neighbourhood retreat with a life of its own, the proximity to Lisbon's Historic Centre is excellent. You can walk down the picturesque and winding cobblestone alleys to Baixa Pombalina and the cosmopolitan Chiado, or, for a truly memorable experience, hop on the legendary Tram 28, which passes through the neighbourhood and takes you on a scenic and nostalgic journey through the oldest parts of the capital. Welcome! This charming studio, decorated to provide maximum comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point to explore Lisbon and all its wonders! Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this accommodation is perfectly optimised. The harmonious living and dining area is equipped with a table with two chairs, a flat-screen TV, and an armchair to relax in after days exploring the city. The modern kitchen with white cabinets and wooden details is ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to all the basic utensils, it features an electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, hob, and other useful appliances to help you in your day-to-day life. The bedroom is harmoniously integrated into the space and is equipped with a double bed, ensuring restful nights after a full day of discoveries. The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The studio is located on the 1st floor and access is exclusively by stairs, making it not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the accommodation (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form which will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy on utilities will apply with a limit of €80 included. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid, and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
