Trendy crowds converge on the waterfront eateries and clubs in the converted warehouses of Santo Amaro Docks, near the 25 de Abril Bridge. Nearby, funky bars, boutiques, and art spaces occupy the vast LxFactory space. The Orient Museum shows Asian and Portuguese art, and vintage trams can be seen at the Carris Museum.

Welcome to my apartment! Bright and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions in Lisbon! This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable seating area, a wide-screen smart TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for six. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery for preparing delicious meals. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Please note that the apartment is centrally located. Thus, there will be noise disturbance. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
