Welcome to my apartment! Charming and tastefully decorated, this lovely 60m2 two-bedroom apartment is close to various top attractions in Lisbon! The property is located on the first floor and is accessible by stairs. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows. There's also a private balcony to enjoy the fresh air and add a touch of outdoor relaxation to your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a microwave and a dining table where you can gather for a delicious meal. For added convenience, the property has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washing machine, a drying rack and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a queen bed, and the second has two single beds and a desk, providing a comfortable workspace for those who need to work or study during their stay. All bedrooms are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
