Baixa is Lisbon’s historic heart and commercial center. Neoclassical architecture, built after the 1755 earthquake, surrounds Commerce and Rossio squares. Bustling pedestrianized streets are lined with traditional seafood restaurants and souvenir shops. The National Museum of Contemporary Art, in the upscale Chiado area, shows Portuguese art from the mid-1800s to today, and the Santa Justa Lift offers city views. This neighbourhood houses the capital’s most emblematic squares and streets. The district starts in Restauradores Square (Praça dos Restauradores), continues up Avenida da Liberdade, through Praça Marquês de Pombal (Marquis of Pombal Square) and from this point forward is considered “Modern Lisbon”. Baixa is packed with stores and restaurants and is always busy during the day.

Welcome to my home! Bright and modernly furnished, this lovely apartment is close to many of Lisbon’s top attractions! Fitted with a plush sofa and armchair facing a flat-screen TV, relax in the open living room after a long day in the city. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including an electric stove, a toaster, and a kettle. If you fancy dining in, there’s a dining table where you can dine with loved ones. The 2 bedrooms feature a comfy queen bed (lined with complimentary hotel-quality linens) and storage space for your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. Note: Our apartment is located on the 4th floor with no Lift. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

موقع ممتاز في الجزء السفلي من لشبونة! صور المنشور كانت مثل الشقة تمامًا! الديكور رائع! الشقة في الطابق الرابع بدون مصعد! على الرغم من كل المنحدرات التي توجد في لشبونة!
