It is an excellent location for experiencing the authentic atmosphere of Lisbon right from your doorstep. Guests can easily explore many of the city’s highlights on foot, including Chiado, Praça Luís de Camões, the Santa Justa Lift, Rossio Square, and the historic Baixa district. The famous viewpoints of São Pedro de Alcântara and Santa Catarina are also nearby, offering beautiful views across the city and the Tagus River. With its central location and excellent access to public transport, this is a great base for discovering Lisbon’s historic neighbourhoods, local cuisine, culture, and lively atmosphere.

Welcome to my home! This cozy apartment combines comfort and functionality, creating a welcoming space to relax and enjoy your stay in Lisbon. Step into the inviting bedroom, where a comfortable double bed and vintage-style vanity create a charming and relaxing atmosphere. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the room, making it a peaceful retreat to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The open living and dining area is designed for both comfort and practicality. Enjoy a meal at the cozy dining table or relax on the compact sofa bed (single) while watching your favorite shows on the wall-mounted TV. The single sofa bed provides an additional sleeping space for a third guest. The modern kitchen is compact but fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fridge, stovetop, toaster, and other essential amenities for preparing homemade meals. The bright contemporary bathroom features a sleek walk-in shower and modern fixtures. A window brings in plenty of natural light, creating a fresh and pleasant space to start or end your day. Soft towels are provided for your comfort. ⚠️ Important information: The building does not have a lift, and the stairs are steep. You will need to climb the stairs to the 2nd floor. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Guests will have access to the entire apartment located on the 2nd floor. Please note, there is no elevator, so be prepared for a bit of a workout climbing stairs!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
