It is a trendy neighbourhood, a lovely gem in the heart of Lisbon, that has maintained its authenticity: many well-maintained old buildings add the charming atmosphere and go together with modern ones. This is a cool and vibrant area with restaurants, shopping, entertainment, history, culture and business. There are several car parks nearby and street paid parking.

Welcome! The apartment is centrally located, cosy, and comfortable. It has been recently renovated and is fully equipped. It is ideal for two guests but can accommodate up to four adults. Located on the first floor of the building, it is accessible by stairs and has a total area of 44 square metres. The space is open-plan, combining a bedroom and a spacious living area. The bedroom has two single beds, and the living room features a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable double bed. A baby cot can be provided upon prior request. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, and dryer. There is one full bathroom, and air conditioning is available throughout. High-speed Wi-Fi with a 200 Mbps connection is provided, along with a TV offering over 120 channels. This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when the sofa bed is not included) Important Note: The apartment is on the 1st floor with no elevator.

لم أكن لأجد أفضل من هذا المكان للإقامة في لشبونة! الموقع لا يُضاهى حقاً - على بُعد خطوات فقط من ميدان ماركيز دي بومبال ومحطة المترو الخاصة به، مما يجعل من السهل للغاية استكشاف المدينة بأكملها. الموقع
