Welcome to my home! Simply furnished, this charming apartment is close to many of Lisbon’s top attractions such as the Carmo Convent and Dom Pedro IV Square! The apartment comes with open living and dining areas as well as a fully fitted kitchen. The living space features a dining area big enough to sit 4 people, a convertible sofa bed and a flat-screen TV where you can relax after a day in the city. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs. The bedroom comes with two single beds lined in complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay!

The check-in will take place directly at the property with the presence of a greeter, depending on availability. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

كانت الشقة كما هو موصوف في الإعلان، وكانت ملائمة للاستخدام. وكان موقعها الممتاز من أبرز مزاياها. لم نواجه أي مشاكل أثناء تسجيل الوصول أو المغادرة؛ فقد كانت التعليمات واضحة، وكان المالك لطيفًا.
