Located just moments from the famous Las Canteras Beach, it provides an ideal base for both short city breaks and longer stays in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Thoughtfully designed with contemporary interiors and a functional layout, the building offers stylish accommodation that combines comfort and convenience. Each apartment features comfortable sleeping arrangements, a private bathroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped kitchen or kitchenette, allowing guests to enjoy the flexibility of self-catering during their stay. Please note that the photos shown are for illustrative purposes only; the décor, furnishings, and layout of individual apartments may vary. Essential amenities such as secure entry, lift access, private parking, and professional cleaning ensure a smooth and comfortable living experience throughout your stay. We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and a bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke odour, ash, butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum of €200 smoking fee. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair-use policy for utilities will apply, with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax).
