Cette maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel de Lambersart, rue de Lompret. Vous serez à deux pas de Lille ! Stationnement gratuit et sans limite de temps dans la rue. Le logement a été rénové en 2023, il est très fonctionnel, lumineux et dispose d'une literie de qualité. Vous pourrez même profiter d'un jardin. Vous aurez accès à un box garage privé, juste à coté de la maison.

The house is composed as follows: Ground floor : - Entrance door opening onto the via room, with lounge & dining area - Fully equipped separate kitchen - Laundry area with washing machine and dryer - separate WC - Small garden with a plancha for sunny days Upstairs : - A bedroom on the street side with double bed, work space and baby bed (sheets not provided) - A second bedroom on the garden side with double bed - One last bedroom on the street side with a single bed - A bathroom with bathtub-shower and a sink The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present. The "Lompret" bus station is 20 meters from the house and takes you to Lille in around thirty minutes. You can use the Ilévia application to get around Lille. Free parking with no time limit on the street.
