This house is located in the heart of La Madeleine, rue de Turenne. It was renovated in 2023 and is very functional and has quality bedding. The accommodation is in a residential area and is therefore very quiet. You can even enjoy a small garden for sunny days. Ideal for a short stay with family or friends!

The house is composed as follows: Ground floor : - Large, long living room with lounge area, dining room and equipped kitchen. - separate WC First floor : - Bathroom with bathtub - A bedroom with a 160x200 double bed - separate WC Second floor : - Two bedrooms with double bed 160x200 The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present. The “Mairie” bus station is 350 meters away V'Lille station 250 meters away (Town Hall station) You can use the Ilévia application to get around Lille. Free parking with no time limit on the street.

We are available during your stay by phone from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Our maintenance technicians are available from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in case of emergency.
