This apartment is located in the heart of La Madeleine, avenue Louise. It is on the 3rd floor of a secure residence with elevator. Shops of all kinds, transport, Lille Flandres and Lille Europe stations: everything is within walking distance! The accommodation was renovated in 2023, it is functional, has a parking space and even two balconies. Ideal tourism & business travel!

The apartment is composed as follows: Ground floor : - Directly on your left when entering (courtyard side), you will find an equipped kitchen - Still on the courtyard side, just after the kitchen, there is a first bedroom with a double bed - A first balcony is accessible from the kitchen as well as the bedroom - Large living room with lounge area and dining room - A second balcony on the courtyard side - separate WC Upstairs : - A large bedroom (separated from the rest of the floor by a curtain) with double bed on the street side - A last bedroom with two single beds on the courtyard side - A bathroom with bath-shower, sink and washing machine The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present. The "Romarin" tram station is a 2-minute walk away. Lille Flandres station 16 minutes on foot. Lille Europe station 12 minutes on foot. V'Lille station 50 meters away (Romarin station) You can use the Ilévia application to get around Lille. Private and secure parking space on site, at no additional cost.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Please note that an AirTag is attached to the parking remote, as requested by the condominium management.
