This accommodation, arranged on 3 levels (not suitable for people with reduced mobility), is located on rue de Turenne, in La Madeleine. Parking is free on the street, subject to availability. You will be less than 10 minutes walk from the Saint Maur tram stop. Ideal for visiting the region and/or for your business trips!

The house is composed as follows: Ground floor: - Living room with lounge area, dining room and kitchen First floor: - A first bedroom with two single beds - Separate toilet - Small laundry area with a washing machine - Small office space Second floor: - A second bedroom with a double bed 160x200 - Bathroom with shower, bathtub and sink The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment at your disposal via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host being present. The "Saint Maur" tram station is a 9-minute walk away. V'Lille station is 500 meters away (Saint-Maur Station) You can use the Ilévia app to get around Lille.
