This apartment is located in the heart of La Madeleine, rue Jean Mermoz. It is on the second floor without elevator (fairly wide stairs) of a two-unit building. The apartment was renovated in 2023, it is very functional, bright and has quality bedding. The accommodation is in a residential area and is therefore very quiet. Ideal for a short stay with family or friends!

Please note: please note that the common areas (entrance to the building, stairwell) are currently being renovated. The apartment, fully air-conditioned, is arranged as follows: - Entrance leading to the lounge area with TV - Equipped kitchen - Bathroom with sink and shower - WC - Two upstairs bedrooms with double bed Professional maid service + laundry for linens.
