This charming apartment is located in a quiet and residential area of La Madeleine, avenue Foubert. It is on the 3rd floor without elevator. You will be at the gates of Lille, the two stations are easily accessible in a few minutes on foot. The accommodation is warm, well equipped and even has a terrace. Ideal for visiting the region and/or for your business trips!

The apartment is composed as follows: - Large living room with lounge, dining room and open fitted kitchen - Two separate bedrooms with double bed - Bathroom with bathtub, sink and washing machine - separate WC Possibility of parking (blue zone) in the surrounding streets. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present.
