It is close to several of Barcelona's main attractions, such as Plaça Espanya, the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc, and Palau Sant Jordi. Moreover, if you're traveling for business purposes, you'll be just a 7-minute walk from La Fira Barcelona Gran Vía. The apartment is designed to combine comfort and functionality. It features a living room with a sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch your favorite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for two. It also has a private patio with seating areas, ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essential utensils and cutlery you'll need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. The apartment also has a dishwasher and refrigerator. The bedroom features a queen bed with hotel-quality complimentary linens for your maximum comfort. The bathroom is adapted for people with reduced mobility and includes all the necessary amenities for a practical and comfortable stay, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Self check-in with smart lock via code. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the access code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form and paid the local tax. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.
