The sleeping area features a plush double bed adorned with soft cushions, bedside tables, and warm lighting that creates a calm and inviting ambiance. Large windows fill the space with natural light, making the studio feel bright and airy throughout the day. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including an oven, stovetop, kettle, and coffee maker—perfect for preparing meals or enjoying a slow morning coffee. A small sitting area with two chairs and a coffee table offers a comfortable spot to dine or relax. Lastly, the modern bathroom includes a sleek shower and a well-positioned sink, while a washing machine is also available for added convenience during your stay. Fresh towels are provided for your comfort. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Guests will have complete access to the studio on the 1st floor. Please note, there is no elevator available in the building.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
