Welcome to my home! This lovely apartment with 130m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. Step inside this inviting home and discover a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a TV to enjoy all your favorite shows, and a dining table perfect for shared meals. Large windows brighten the space with natural sunlight, making it even more inviting. The nearby kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, making meal preparation a breeze. You’ll find all the basics you need, including cooking utensils, allowing you to enjoy home-cooked meals whenever you wish. The apartment includes three cozy bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms each feature two single beds, perfect for families or groups of friends, with soothing décor that creates a calm, restful environment. The third bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, providing a peaceful sanctuary for a good night's sleep. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The adjoining bathroom includes a luxurious jacuzzi shower, offering a touch of spa-like relaxation. Towels and toiletries are provided for your convenience. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
