It comfortably accommodates two people, with a bedroom featuring a double bed, an open-plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Ideally situated just 10 minutes from the tram, you can quickly reach Paris and enjoy a unique stay.

Welcome to Fontenay-aux-Roses, to this charming 31 m² flat situated on the 3rd floor of a quiet and pleasant block of flats without a lift. Away from the hustle and bustle of the street, this modern and light-filled flat offers a comfortable setting for a peaceful stay, whilst remaining easily accessible from Paris. As you enter, you’ll find a cosy living area with a comfortable lounge featuring a non-convertible sofa and a television. Adjacent to this, the dining area has a table for two, ideal for enjoying your meals in peace. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals, thanks to the oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and all the necessary utensils and crockery. A washing machine is also available in the accommodation. The bedroom has been designed to offer you a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing or work. It features a television, perfect for enjoying a film in comfort in the evening. The 140 x 190 cm double bed is made up with hotel-quality bed linen, whilst storage space ensures you can settle in easily. The bathroom features a shower and a large mirror. The toilet is also located in this room. For your comfort, the accommodation has Wi-Fi and a smoke detector. It is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure a clean and pleasant environment upon your arrival. Please note: the flat is on the 3rd floor with no lift and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
