Welcome to my home! This chic apartment is located on the 18th floor. It is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the Burj Khalifa views. This space also has a kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Construction work is also happening near the property during the day and night. We apologise for any sound disturbance. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance.
