This beautiful house renovated in 2024 is located rue Eugène Duthoit, in Croix (on the border with Roubaix). It is modern, spacious, the decoration is very colorful and it has quality bedding. You can even enjoy a small garden for sunny days (no, it's not that rare in the North!). Free street parking and metro station 5 minutes' walk away.

The house is composed as follows: On the ground floor: - Large living room with open fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge area - Separate WC at entrance level - Garden at the back of the house with picnic table and plancha First floor: - Bathroom with bathtub, sink and a small laundry room containing the washing machine - A first bedroom (street side) with double bed and dressing room - A second separate toilet Second floor: - A second bedroom on the street side with double bed - The third and last bedroom with three single beds, two of which are on the mezzanine (on the third floor, so to speak). The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present.
