This property is located on Rue Lamartine, in Croix. It is spread over several floors and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or young children. The house was completely renovated in 2025; it is modern, spacious, and features high-quality bedding. It has two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a single bed. Free street parking is available.

The house is composed as follows: Ground floor: - Living room with open kitchen, dining area, and lounge area 1st floor (be careful, the stairs are steep): - A first bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed facing the street (with blackout curtains, no shutters) - Separate toilet - Bathroom with bathtub, sink, and washing machine 2nd floor (the stairs are also steep): - A second bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed facing the street (with blackout curtains, no shutters) - A third and final bedroom facing the courtyard with a 90x200cm single bed (with a blackout blind) The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for linens. All linens are provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats, and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. The following entertainment options are available via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

You will have access to the entire apartment. 24-hour check-in is possible. You can pick up and drop off keys at any time, even if the host is not present. The "Marie de Croix" metro station is a 10-minute walk away. The "Kleber" bus stop is 200 meters away. V'Lille station is 400 meters away (Mairie de Quartier Ouest station (Roubaix)).
