Welcome to my 40 m² apartment on the ground floor in Clichy. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people with a bedroom featuring a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located just 10 minutes from the train station, you'll enjoy a peaceful stay just a stone’s throw from Paris.

Welcome! Please note that access to the bedroom is via stairs, which may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility. The entrance door to this 40 m² apartment opens into a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, which converts into a double bed, a television, and a dining table that seats two guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances and utensils needed to prepare meals (oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine). A washing machine is also available. Upstairs, the bedroom features a double bed (140x200) made with high-quality hotel linens. A wardrobe is provided for storing your belongings so you can feel right at home. The bathroom has a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. You'll have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that's left for you to do is enjoy!

Guests will have access to the entire home! Our home is located conveniently in Clichy. Key pickup is within walking distance, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Thank you for choosing our home, and we're excited to have you as our guest!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
