Ideally located near shops, restaurants, and public transport, and just 25 minutes from Puy du Fou Park. It offers a warm setting for both tourist and business stays.

-> Apartment "Le Colibri" located in Cholet. -> Accommodates up to 5 guests. It includes: *** Inside *** -> A dining area and a fully fitted kitchen (hob, extractor fan, microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle…). All cooking essentials are provided. A welcome kit is offered including tea, coffee, sugar, and biscuits. -> A living room with a sofa, a coffee table, and a TV! Wi-Fi is available. -> The sofa converts into a 140x190 cm bed. Bed linen is available in the bedroom closet, and towels are provided in the bathroom. -> One bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed and a chest of drawers, and a second bedroom furnished similarly. -> A bathroom with a shower, toilet, vanity mirror, and hairdryer. A bathroom kit is provided, including soap, shower gel, and shampoo. *** Outside *** -> Outdoor spaces are shared among all residents. Please be considerate of others. -> A terrace with tables and chairs for your outdoor meals. -> The courtyard is currently being developed to create a private parking area. *** All bed linen and bath towels are included in the price — no extra charges! *** -> Free street parking is available in front of the residence. *** A key box is available, allowing you to arrive independently. *** -> Check-in from 5 PM, check-out by 10 AM. -> Pets are not allowed. -> A security deposit will be requested a few days before your arrival, depending on the booking platform.
