Completely private 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house is a great place to vacation and enjoy what portugal has to offer. Conveniently located 5 minutes to two different beaches and just 7 minutes from Ericeira!

Welcome to my home! This charming 95m² traditional home is nestled in a picturesque countryside setting and offers convenient access to various destinations. The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a cosy sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table. Large windows flood the space with natural sunlight, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The room also opens up to a balcony with a stunning view. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric hob, oven, coffee machine, cookware, and utensils. The home offers three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds and one with bunk beds. Each bed is dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials for your stay, including fresh towels and toiletries. Firewood can be purchased at Continente or Lidl in Ericeira. For your comfort, the space is always professionally cleaned before your arrival. Enjoy your stay!

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

لا يمكنني أن أوصي بهذا المكان بما فيه الكفاية! المنزل ضخم ومفروش بشكل جميل، ويحتوي على العديد من الامتيازات مثل شرفة مع شواء وغرفة معيشة واسعة مع مدفأة ومطبخ أزوليجوس جميل وحمامين عصريين ... إنه حقًا
