Welcome to Radyr Heights by Tŷ SA, a spacious two-bedroom townhouse in the heart of Radyr, South Wales. The property comfortably sleeps 4 adults and up to 4 children in the dedicated children's room, which features bunk beds, a toddler bed and a cot, making it an ideal choice for a family getaway. Upon entering the property, you'll find a spacious hallway with storage for outerwear and a convenient WC. The ground floor features a large, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with everything you need for a comfortable stay. At the rear of the kitchen, there is a dedicated space for younger guests, with a selection of toys provided to help keep them entertained. This leads out to an enclosed outdoor space for guests to enjoy. On the first floor, you'll find the master bedroom, complete with a comfortable double bed, ample storage for your belongings and a private ensuite shower room. Across the hallway is the welcoming living area, featuring a Smart TV and a dedicated workspace, making it a great place to relax or catch up on work during your stay. Moving up to the second floor, you'll find the second bedroom, which features another comfortable double bed and plenty of storage. Also on this floor is the dedicated children's bedroom, furnished with bunk beds, a toddler bed and a cot. Please note that bedding is not provided for the toddler bed or cot, and we ask that the bunk beds are only occupied by children. If you would like to use this room during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can ensure everything is prepared for your arrival. The family bathroom is also located on this floor, providing an additional bathroom for guests.

Guests will have access to the entire house with on street parking outside.
