The layout includes: 🛋️ Bright living room: comfortable seating area with a sofa, smart TV, and air conditioning. 🍽️ Open, fully equipped kitchen: stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, and utensils. 🛌 Master bedroom: double bed with built-in storage. 🚿 Modern bathroom: walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. 👉 Wi-Fi and air conditioning available in the living room.

The apartment is located in a traditional building, close to all amenities. 🚶 Pedestrian access: 3 minutes on foot from Cannes train station and steps from République Avenue. 🚗 Parking: available at Parking République (3 min walk) or Parking Vauban (7 min walk).
