Welcome to my apartment! This homely 1-bedroom apartment in Caniço is the perfect retreat for couples and families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The property is on the first floor and is accessible by elevator. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the stunning views of the surrounding area. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed, complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, and a balcony providing a space to relax and unwind. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The property includes private parking for one car, making it convenient for guests with their vehicles. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
