Caniço is a coastal town on the Portuguese island of Madeira. The sprawling Quinta Splendida Botanical Garden has hundreds of different plant species. A towering statue of Christ the King stands atop Cristo Rei Viewpoint, which offers sweeping ocean views. The Garajau Cable Car descends to a beach at the base of the cliff. Offshore, the clear waters of the Garajau Parcial Nature Reserve have manta rays and groupers.

Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 85 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 1st floor and has lift access. As you enter the flat, you will find a spacious and bright living area with a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV and a dining table where they can enjoy meals together. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It also includes essential cookware and a washing machine. The first bedroom is modernly decorated, including a double bed and multiple storage spaces. The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds. The apartment has two bathrooms, and they dispose of all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Guests have a private parking spot in the garage, which they can access from the main gate outside or the inside elevator leading to the underground floors. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

أحببت المكان كثيراً !!! كان أكثر اتساعاً مما كنت أعتقد. كانت جميع الغرف نظيفة للغاية وكان بها الكثير من وسائل الراحة لنا. كما أردت فقط أن أضيف أن الأريكة كانت مريحة للغاية (قررنا النوم على الأريكة لبض
