This elegant and bright duplex apartment, decorated with refinement to provide maximum comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point to explore the city and its attractions. Ideal for families or small groups, this accommodation features a spacious and inviting living room equipped with a flat-screen TV and a large sofa with chaise longue, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, also integrating a dining table. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your meals. In addition to basic dishes and utensils, it features a hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and a convenient washing machine, providing all the equipment needed to make your daily life easier. The inviting balcony is accessible from the living room, allowing you to enjoy the wonderful natural light that floods the space and relax outdoors with views of the sea and surrounding landscape. Upstairs, the two bedrooms are harmoniously decorated to ensure peaceful nights. Both are equipped with comfortable double beds and wardrobes to conveniently store all your belongings. One of the bedrooms also has a small balcony. The apartment has a total of three bathrooms: a practical guest bathroom on the lower floor and two full bathrooms on the upper floor in each bedroom. The bathrooms have all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned. For total convenience, the property has private parking. This property has a self check-in system, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3pm, subject to availability and confirmation. Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utility policy with a limit of €80 will be applied. On the first days, we provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. Extra keys: €20 (extra set of keys when available, lost keys or door opening service during the stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (Towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Parking: Free parking available.
