Welcome to my house! This charming 150m2 three-bedroom house in Madeira is the ultimate haven for families and friends seeking a memorable getaway. Spread across two beautifully decorated levels, the home combines comfort, style, and functionality. The inviting living room features a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table, ideal for shared meals and quality time together. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. One of the standout features of the property is the terrace, where you’ll find a private pool to cool off during warm days, a BBQ area perfect for outdoor dining, a sun deck with loungers, and a comfortable seating area for relaxing in the fresh air. The master bedroom provides a peaceful haven with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy. The remaining two bedrooms each feature two single beds placed together, making them versatile for different sleeping arrangements. All beds are fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The 2.5 bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
