Welcome to my apartment! This stylish 40 m² one-bedroom apartment in Braga is the perfect retreat for couples seeking a comfortable, memorable stay. Located on the first floor and accessible by lift, the apartment combines innovative design with comfort. The open-plan living area features comfortable seating and a wide-screen TV, ideal for relaxing evenings and catching up on your favourite shows. The adjoining kitchenette comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. A dishwasher is also available to make cleaning up effortless, along with ironing equipment for added convenience during more extended stays. The bedroom stands out with its unique mezzanine-style layout. A few steps lead to an elevated sleeping area with a plush queen-size bed in hotel-quality linens, creating a bright, inviting atmosphere. The room's lower level features a sleek modern sink, a large mirror, and a walk-in shower, offering a functional and stylish setup. The toilet is located in a separate, enclosed room for added privacy, making the space even more comfortable and practical for guests. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before entering the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and a bin bag. The property does daily cleaning. The cleaning team will change towels/sheets every day between 12:00 and 17:00; if you do not need this service, leave the "do not disturb" sign outside your bedroom door.
