Welcome to my 25 m² apartment, located on the first floor (no elevator) in Boulogne-Billancourt. Perfect for two guests, it features a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located just a 10-minute walk from the metro, it offers a peaceful stay right on the doorstep of Paris. Please note that this apartment is only available under a mobility lease.

Welcome! Step into this charming 25 m² apartment and discover a bright, elegantly decorated space. The living room features a very comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing. Just beside it, a small table invites you to enjoy a meal for two or a quiet coffee break. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs, whether you're reheating a meal or preparing breakfast from scratch. You'll find a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine—everything you need is here. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The bedroom offers a double bed (140x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linens for your comfort. The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. Wi-Fi is provided throughout your stay. A smoke detector is installed for your safety. Please do not touch the plug or unplug the water heater. Parcels and mail can be collected from a nearby pickup point—there is no mailbox available. The apartment is located on the first floor, accessible by stairs only, and is therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left to do is relax and enjoy your time here!

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
