This lovely 37m² studio boasts a fantastic location, situated in front of Ria, with easy access to popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a diverse range of restaurants offering a wide selection of cuisines. Designed with an open-concept layout, the space seamlessly integrates the living, dining, sleeping, and kitchen areas. You'll enjoy a cozy double bed with premium hotel-quality linens, a comfortable single sofa bed, a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, and a dining table perfect for shared meals. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all essential cookware and utensils, including an electric hob and a coffee machine, making meal preparation effortless. Plenty of natural light fills the space, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. For your comfort, the home is always professionally cleaned. Please note that the property is located on the 2nd floor, and stairs must be climbed to access the studio. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

استمتعنا بإقامة رائعة! يقع الاستوديو في موقع مركزي جداً بالقرب من المطاعم والمحلات التجارية. ويوجد موقف للسيارات أيضاً وهو ما كان رائعاً بالنسبة لنا. على الرغم من أنه استوديو إلا أنه يحتوي على مساحة ك
