Welcome! This luxurious and spacious villa, elegantly decorated to provide maximum comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect base for enjoying one of the most beautiful regions of Portugal. Ideal for large families or groups of friends, the villa features a bright open-plan living and dining area. The living area is equipped with a spacious L-shaped sofa, perfect for relaxing, socialising and watching TV. The modern kitchen, which stands out with a fantastic central island, is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all daily meals. In addition to crockery and basic utensils, the kitchen features a coffee machine, microwave, oven, induction hob and fridge, as well as other appliances to help with everyday life. Access to the stunning outdoor space is conveniently from the living area, so you can easily gather the group outside and enjoy the fantastic natural light throughout the day. The outdoor area is a true leisure retreat, featuring an inviting private pool, sun loungers and a barbecue area for unforgettable dinners under the stars. The villa comprises four harmoniously decorated bedrooms with wardrobes for your belongings. Three of the bedrooms are fitted with sumptuous king-size beds, two of which benefit from direct access to a spacious sunny balcony. The remaining bedroom features two comfortable single beds. All beds come with quality bed linen to ensure maximum comfort. The three bathrooms (one of which is an en-suite) are fully equipped with all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. For your total convenience, the property also offers parking in a private garage. The outdoor area is equipped with security cameras to ensure the safety of all guests. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the reservation is confirmed, in accordance with the legal obligations set out by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80. For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door-opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
