Welcome to my apartment! This charming 74 m² ground-floor property is a welcoming retreat, perfect for a relaxing stay in the city. The open-concept layout combines the kitchen, living, and dining areas, creating a comfortable and social space. In the living area, you’ll find a cosy sitting space to unwind, watch TV, or share a meal at the dining table. There is also a fold-out sofa that can accommodate an additional guest. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials for cooking and enjoying meals together, including cookware, a cooking plate, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. For added convenience, there’s also a washing machine to meet your laundry needs. The stylishly decorated main bedroom features a queen bed, air conditioning, and ample storage space. The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds, air conditioning, and a wardrobe for easy storage. The bathroom provides all the essentials for a refreshing stay, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. Step out onto the lovely balcony, where you can soak up the sunshine and relax. Guests can also access fantastic shared amenities, including an indoor and outdoor pool, gym, and children’s playground. Beautiful beaches are just a short walk across the street, making this the perfect spot to enjoy the best of both relaxation and seaside charm. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
