Roque de la Bonanza: From the viewpoint (and descending to the coast), you can admire this enormous and iconic rock formation that rises from the sea. San Andrés Village: A short distance away, ideal for strolling, enjoying the local cuisine, and admiring the traditional architecture. Quiet and Noise: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. The apartment has a noise sensor. Exceeding 75dB or tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation without refund. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited both in the apartment and in the building's common areas. Cleaning: Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken outside the building upon departure. Pets: No animals of any kind are allowed (including assistance animals). Visitors: Access is prohibited to anyone not included in the reservation.
