Welcome! This spacious duplex studio, decorated to provide comfort, is the perfect starting point for exploring the city of Porto and its attractions. Ideal for families or groups of friends, this apartment features a welcoming social area with an open-plan living room and kitchen on the lower floor. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, a TV and a practical sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or for accommodating additional guests. The functional kitchen is ideal for preparing your daily meals. In addition to basic crockery and utensils, the kitchen features a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, hob and a fridge (please note the accommodation does not have a freezer), as well as a dining table for your group. The accommodation stands out by offering three bedrooms integrated into the flow of the duplex (no doors separating the rooms, maintaining the open studio concept). Each sleeping area is harmoniously decorated with a double bed and has the great convenience of its own private bathroom. The bathrooms have all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. Please note that the windows in this space do not allow full light-blocking, making it the ideal environment for those who enjoy gently waking up with the morning light. To complement your experience, the property offers access to a fantastic shared social area. This multifunctional space features a room with large glass windows, equipped with comfortable sofas, a TV and a desk area. Outside, you also have at your disposal a sunny courtyard with tables, sun loungers and a swing, excellent for relaxing outdoors. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!
