Welcome! The villa is designed and decorated to offer you a relaxing stay with every luxury detail. Bedrooms: It has 2 spacious and bright bedrooms. In total, they have 4 comfortable single beds (configurable to suit your needs), equipped with hotel-quality linens and towels courtesy of GuestReady. Some bedrooms have windows with direct access to the pool area, so you can wake up to the best views! Interior: Modern and open spaces, with a welcoming living room (equipped with a Smart TV) and areas designed for relaxation. The Exterior (The jewel of the villa): Enjoy a large covered terrace with a spacious outdoor dining table and a chill-out sofa area, ideal for breakfast or relaxing at sunset. Private Pool: Cool off in your own private pool surrounded by a manicured lawn, perfect for sunbathing while enjoying unobstructed views of the mountains and golf course. House Rules and Notes (Strict) Legal Registration: Mandatory for guests aged 14 and over (Order INT/321/2021). Access will be denied if online registration is not completed. Quiet and Noise: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. The apartment has a noise sensor. Exceeding 75dB or tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation without refund. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited both in the apartment and in the building's common areas. Cleaning: Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken outside the building upon departure. Pets: No animals of any kind are allowed (including assistance animals). Visitors: Access is prohibited to anyone not included in the reservation.

فيلا مذهلة لزوجين أو عائلة داخل ملعب جولف مع مسبح خاص بك. موصى بها حقًا، مع العلم أنه لا يوجد شيء قريب أو يمكن الوصول إليه سيرًا على الأقدام (إلا داخل ملعب الجولف) لكنها كانت ما كنا نبحث عنه.
