It stands out for its incredible proximity to the ocean and its fantastic panoramic views. Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this accommodation features an elegant open-plan living and sleeping area. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a sophisticated dining table and TV — the perfect space to unwind. The sleeping area features an inviting double bed and spacious built-in wardrobes to keep your belongings neatly organised. The exquisite kitchenette, with its minimalist lines and fitted cupboards, is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it features a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, oven, induction hob and other modern appliances to assist you in your daily life. The fantastic balcony is conveniently accessed through the living room's large French windows, which allow wonderful natural light to brighten the entire area during the day. This charming outdoor space is the true gem of the property: it features a relaxing hanging egg chair and breathtaking panoramic views directly overlooking the sea — the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee to the sound of the waves and feel the sea breeze. The bathroom is equipped with all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. This is a self check-in property and you will be required to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form which will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
