Welcome to my home! Escape to this charming retreat, thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, relaxation, and quality time surrounded by nature. Step into the welcoming living room, where a comfortable sofa bed offers additional sleeping space for two guests and a TV provides the perfect setting for relaxing after a day of exploring. The open and inviting layout creates a warm atmosphere for spending time together. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances, including a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare everything from simple breakfasts to family dinners. The house features two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a cozy double bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, making it ideal for families or friends travelling together. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the modern bathroom features a refreshing shower, with fresh towels and a hairdryer provided for your convenience. Step outside onto the private terrace, where you'll find one of the highlights of the property. Equipped with a BBQ, outdoor dining area, and comfortable lounge seating, it's the perfect place to enjoy meals in the fresh air, relax under the stars, or simply take in the peaceful surroundings. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
