Step into a refined living area where warm wooden finishes blend effortlessly with natural light streaming through the space, creating an inviting and relaxed atmosphere. The kitchen is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and ease, fully equipped with a double sink, gas stove, and all essential utensils needed to prepare your favourite meals. Just outside, the wooden dining table on the patio sets the scene for elegant al fresco dining, while the built-in barbecue invites long, relaxed evenings spent outdoors. The property offers three comfortable bedrooms, each designed with rest and simplicity in mind. The main bedroom features a plush double bed, offering a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. A second bedroom includes a single bed, ideal for a solo guest or child, while the third room provides an additional double bed. All rooms share the same calm and welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom, complete with a bathtub, provides a quiet space to unwind after a day of exploration. A washing machine is also available, adding convenience for longer stays. This property is on the 1st floor, offering privacy and tranquility, with access to a lush garden for leisurely afternoons. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
