Welcome to my home! Our charming 93 sqm home is a gem in the heart of Stillorgan. It's suburban location makes it closer to Glendalough, Marlay Park and Vico Baths. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and charming living space, perfect for relaxing. The living room has one sofa and one armchair where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city, as well as a smart TV to watch all your favourite shows. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to cook delicious homemade meals and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones. There is a private little garden accessible through the kitchen. There are three bedrooms. The master is a UK queen bed, the second bedroom features one UK single bed, and the last bedroom features two UK single beds. All beds are dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep for guests. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including a bathtub. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner
