Welcome to a refined and contemporary apartment set in the heart of Marylebone, offering a calm and sophisticated base for a central London stay. Designed with elegant neutral tones and modern comforts, this stylish home combines boutique hotel charm with practical living, making it ideal for guests looking for a comfortable and well connected city escape. The apartment comfortably accommodates two guests and features one inviting bedroom with a double bed, designed for a restful night’s sleep. There is one modern bathroom with a walk in shower, finished to a high standard for everyday comfort. Inside, the living space is bright and welcoming, styled with soft neutral colours, plush furnishings and tasteful details that create a relaxed yet polished atmosphere. Large windows allow natural light to fill the room, while warm textiles and elegant décor give the space a cosy boutique feel. A dedicated work desk makes the apartment equally suited to business travellers or longer stays. The sleek kitchen continues the contemporary aesthetic with clean lines, gloss cabinetry and integrated modern appliances, including a dishwasher and a combined washer dryer, ensuring convenience without compromising on style. The bathroom has a luxury spa like feel, finished with marble style tiling, elegant fixtures and a modern walk in glass shower, completing a home that feels bright, timeless and thoughtfully designed. Disclaimer: Please note that the apartment is located on the third floor of the building and there is no lift available. Access is via stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Please note that failure to comply with the below house rules may result in additional fees or immediate termination of your stay. *Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere within the property. *Parties, events or gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. *Guests must respect the neighbours at all times. Excessive noise, particularly during evening and night hours, will not be tolerated. *No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed at the property. *The property may not be used for any commercial purposes, including filming or professional photography. *Pets are not permitted, unless agreed prior to booking. *Guests are responsible for following the rubbish disposal instructions provided for the property. Please note that City Relay accepts no liability for lost keys or personal belongings left at the property. The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge. Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
