Benefiting from a more residential and tranquil atmosphere compared to the tourist epicentre, this area buzzes with authentic local life. Step outside and you'll easily find traditional bakeries, cosy neighbourhood cafés and local shops, guaranteeing charming mornings and relaxing evenings. The magic of this address is that the Historic Centre literally unfolds at your feet. Just start walking down the street for a discovery-filled stroll. Within minutes, you'll reach the stunning Capela das Almas (world-famous for its blue azulejo façade), the renovated and fragrant Mercado do Bolhão and the historic Café Majestic. This cosy and bright studio is perfect for couples or solo travellers looking to explore the city of Porto. It has everything you need for a practical and pleasant stay. The property is located on one of the most iconic and vibrant streets in the city, very close to several attractions, traditional shops and great local restaurants, and the metro station (Marquês) is a short walk away, so guests can easily travel and explore the whole city!

Welcome! This cosy and bright studio, simply decorated to provide maximum comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point to explore Porto and its attractions. Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this accommodation features a practical open-plan layout. The living area is equipped with a small sofa, a TV and a round dining table, receiving plenty of natural light, with classic shutters to ensure a good rest. The compact and functional kitchenette is practical for preparing quick and light meals. In addition to basic crockery and cutlery, it has a microwave and a small induction hob to assist you in your day-to-day. The sleeping area is perfectly integrated into the space and is equipped with a comfortable double bed, along with a clothes rack to help you organise your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned. Access to the accommodation is exclusively via stairs and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility! Enjoy your stay!

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form which will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80 included. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
