This 27 m² studio apartment has been designed to offer comfort and practicality in an optimized space. It comprises a bright living area with a double sofa bed, a dining area, and a relaxation space. The kitchen is equipped for your everyday meals: stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and storage. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and all the necessary amenities for your comfort. You will have access to Wi-Fi, and bed linen and towels are provided, allowing you to travel light. The apartment is perfect for a business trip, a weekend in Paris, or a romantic getaway.

The keys can be collected from a shop a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The shop closes at midnight Parties are prohibited. Smoking is not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and the apartment itself. :) Early arrivals & late departures: For arrivals before 4 PM or departures after 10 AM, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability. Please let us know in advance of any requests so that we can best organize them.
