Ideal for families, groups or business travellers, this property offers generous space across two floors, designed for both relaxation and practicality. The house features four bedrooms arranged to suit a variety of group stays. One bedroom includes one double bed and one single bed, perfect for flexible sleeping arrangements. The second and third bedrooms each offer a comfortable double bed, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with two single beds, ideal for friends, colleagues or younger guests. The inviting living room provides a sociable setting with two spacious three-seater sofas, a television and a dining table for shared meals or work. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for preparing meals during your stay, and the family bathroom offers all essential amenities. To the rear, a private garden provides a pleasant outdoor space to unwind. Conveniently located with easy access to Swansea city centre, local shops and transport links, this home makes an excellent base for both short and extended stays.

You will have access to the entire property for the duration of your stay On-street parking near the house is limited to 2 hours (08:00–18:00, Mon–Sat), but worry not unrestricted parking is just 200 m away on St Ledge Crescent, making it easy and convenient during your stay.
